It is the task of each and every one of us to offer our customers an outstanding quality of service and to ensure their satisfaction. Our aim is to be a reliable partner for our customers and suppliers. We aim to build long-term business relationships, which is why mutual trust is of the utmost importance to us.
We earn this trust with the first-class quality of our products and services. To achieve this, we employ qualified personnel and continuously improve our processes. We employ specialists who identify with their profession and are therefore particularly committed to integrating our participants into the labor market. Successful training and placement means greater opportunities for our participants on the German labor market and therefore greater chances of a better life. This is an incentive for us that motivates us anew every day.
We have not only defined this quality promise as a goal for ourselves.
In fact, we have developed an objective quality management system with which we regularly evaluate and improve our work. At the same time, we also have our quality management system regularly audited by external institutions:
Our company is system-certified by TÜV Rheinland. This means that our company's quality management is understood and recognized worldwide. We are characterized by a systematic range, efficient structures and excellent service. This contributes to the quality of our products and services.
TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH regularly audits us to ensure that the requirements of the respective management system are implemented, i.e. that company and quality objectives, customer orientation, processes, etc. meet the targeted standards. Examples of management systems are ISO 9001 for the quality of products or services, ISO 13485 for the quality of medical products or ISO 14001 for environmental management.
TÜV Rheinland checks whether our system fulfills the conditions of the respective standard and whether the system is lived and implemented in daily work. This check is carried out on the basis of certification rules, for which regular audits are conducted. Both the management documentation and the activities on site are checked for compliance with the requirements. Final reports reveal further potential for improvement.

We are also approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH - a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). This enables us to carry out measures in the following specialist areas in accordance with the Accreditation and Approval Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV):
- Measures for activation and vocational integration in accordance with Section 45 (1) sentence 1 numbers 1 to 5 of the Third Book of the German Social Code (AZAV subject area 1)
- Further vocational training measures in accordance with Section Four of Chapter Three of Book Three of the German Social Code (AZAV Division 4)
