AkadRe is a specialized educational company that supports international medical professionals on their way to licensure or professional authorization in Germany. With our integrated offer of individual consulting, professional language German courses and qualifying trainings, we accompany international doctors, dentists, pharmacists and nurses. We support them from their arrival in Germany through successful professional recognition to their first job in their respective field.
We offer solutions for private individuals as well as for institutions such as hospitals, medical practices, pharmacies, care facilities or public authorities. In addition, we put participants in contact with institutions in order to fill vacancies or find practice successors.
Our goal is to counteract the shortage of professionals in the health care sector and at the same time to enable motivated professionals to successfully integrate in Germany.

- Consulting: professional recognition procedure, professional permit, license to practice, visa, residence, application, government funding opportunities, correspondence with offices and departments
- Language courses: Specialized German language courses specific to each professional group (doctors, dentists, pharmacists or nurses), FSP preparation (professional language exam), on-site classroom instruction, online language course (virtual classroom), simulations with specialized lecturers from the field
- Exams: Professional language exam (FSP), telc German exams (e.g. telc Deutsch C1 Medicine, telc German B2 Nursing, telc German C1 University, telc German B2-C1 Professional Purposes)
- Training: Individual and group coaching on job application, career and communication in the German healthcare system, general German courses for beginners, exam preparation (FSP, telc)
- Job placement: Permanent employment, practice succession, internship as a doctor, dentist, pharmacist or nurse
