We have not only defined this quality promise as a goal for ourselves. Rather, we have developed an objective quality management system with which we regularly evaluate and improve our work. At the same time, we also have our quality management system regularly audited by external institutions:
Our company is system certified by TÜV Rheinland. This means that our company's quality management is understood and recognized worldwide. We distinguish ourselves through a systematic range of products, efficient structures and excellent service. This contributes to the quality of our products and services.
TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH regularly audits us to ensure that the requirements of the respective management system are implemented, i.e. that company and quality objectives, customer orientation, processes etc. meet the targeted standards. Examples of management systems are ISO 9001 for the quality of products or services, ISO 13485 for the quality of medical products or ISO 14001 for environmental management.
TÜV Rheinland checks whether our system fulfils the conditions of the respective standard and whether the system is lived and implemented in daily work. This inspection is carried out on the basis of certification rules, for which regular audits are carried out. In the process, both the management documentation and the on-site activities are checked for compliance with the requirements. Final reports reveal further potential for improvement.
We are also an approved provider under the law on employment promotion, approved by the expert body of TÜV Rheinland Cert GmbH - a certification body accredited by the German Accreditation Body (DAkkS). This enables us to carry out measures in the following specialist areas in accordance with the Accreditation and Licensing Ordinance for Employment Promotion (AZAV):
- Measures for activation and vocational integration according to § 45 paragraph 1 sentence 1 number 1 to 5 of the Third Book of the Social Code (AZAV subject area 1).
- Continuing vocational training measures in accordance with the Fourth Section of the Third Chapter of the Third Book of the Social Code (AZAV Division 4).
